Regular 60-minute sessions held side by side at quiet natural spots across Palm Beach County, rather than across a desk in a windowless room.
The first is eye contact. Sitting face to face across a small room is a surprisingly demanding position to be in while discussing the worst parts of your life. Walking side by side removes that demand. People consistently find that things they had circled for weeks come out more easily once nobody is looking directly at them.
The second is your body. Walking is rhythmic, bilateral and self-paced. It gives an activated nervous system something regular and predictable to do while harder material is being handled, which tends to keep people inside their window of tolerance rather than outside it.
Added to that is the simple, well-documented effect of being among trees: lower stress markers, softer vigilance, and a sense of space that a consulting room cannot manufacture.
The free consultation is fifteen minutes and there is nothing to prepare. If outdoor work is not for you, regular in-person and virtual sessions are available too.
There is no wrong door. If a different pathway suits you better, Heather will say so.
