The origin of Hidden Pathways

Why I stopped working across a desk

I founded Hidden Pathways out of a simple but powerful observation: sitting face to face across a desk in a traditional office often creates an atmosphere of pressure, stiffness and apprehension.

Earlier in my career, working in residential treatment centers and traditional clinical office settings, I began taking clients outdoors for group therapy. The shift was immediate and profound. Outside, free to move and breathe, people visibly relaxed. The emotional walls came down, conversations flowed with organic ease, and deep healing naturally unfolded.

Seeing that transformation inspired me to shift away from standard hourly office sessions and build a practice rooted in movement, nature and spaciousness.

Nature serves as a natural conduit to access our own spirit, deepening our connection with ourselves and the divine.

Why intensives and ketamine-assisted work

Over my years as a clinician treating complex mental health challenges, including addiction, anger, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and personality disorders, I learned that deep emotional wounds rarely heal in hurried 50-minute increments.

That is why Hidden Pathways specialises in experiential therapy intensives and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Stepping away from brief weekly sessions and into spacious half-day intensives or structured medicine protocols creates the time and the physiological safety that real trauma resolution needs.

How I work

I am adept at helping you identify the underlying behaviors, distorted thinking patterns and core beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. Our therapeutic work centers on fostering a profound sense of self-acceptance and self-love, igniting the internal strength you already possess.

Together, we uncover the lessons hidden within your past, bringing you into the best version of yourself in this present moment and preparing you to walk confidently into your future.
